After more than a decade serving families in the funeral, cemetery, and memorialization profession, Jessica Nicolle witnessed both the beauty, and the challenges families experience during times of loss.
Working as a Funeral Director, Embalmer, Cemetery Director, and Family Service professional provided firsthand insight into how overwhelming funeral planning can become emotionally, financially, and logistically — especially when families are forced to make major decisions quickly and under stress.
